Dan J. Parr brings over 37 years of extensive experience in plant operations, quality assurance, and production management within the beverage industry. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for overseeing 24-hour plant, production, and QA teams, managing high-volume facilities producing up to 20 million cases annually. His leadership has been instrumental in revitalizing and reopening multiple plants, successfully transforming underperforming facilities into profitable operations.

Dan is a hands-on leader with deep expertise across a broad range of operational areas, including process control, blending systems, hot fill and filling room equipment, microanalysis, plant sanitation, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. He has authored operational and sanitation procedure manuals for companies such as Lucky’s Beverage and Dairy, 7UP/RC of Southern California, Cott Beverages, and GABCO Beverages.

With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, Dan has consistently improved performance metrics while managing multi-million-dollar budgets—cutting costs and simultaneously raising both production output and quality indexes year over year. His technical expertise spans Hot Fill, Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD), and Purified Drinking Water (PDW) production. He is also safety-oriented and experienced in developing process flows and statistical process control (SPC) systems. Dan has successfully led teams in unionized environments and is well-versed in union labor contracts and workforce management.
